The fountain math
Bellagio's fountains run on a schedule, roughly every half hour in the evenings, so time the table accordingly. The patio seats at LAGO and the prime windows at Picasso and Eiffel Tower are the requests to make at booking.

The valley view
Top of the World completes one rotation about every 80 minutes, so any table gets every angle eventually, but the window seats facing the Strip at sunset are the ones to request.
Sunset is the golden window at every room on this list, and the 6 to 7 p.m. slot is the hardest to book.
