This site collects the information you choose to send through the contact and lead forms: your name, email, optional phone number and the message you write. It uses that information to respond to you, coordinate with you about Las Vegas real estate, and nothing else. Your information is not sold, rented or traded, ever.

The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter do not leave your device.

When you submit a form, your name, email, and any phone number or message you provide are transmitted to the lead intake service that forwards inquiries to me. That data is used solely to reply to your inquiry and to serve you as a client if we work together.

We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not maintain accounts or logins on this site.

The site may use standard web technologies (such as cookies or server logs) for basic operation, security and aggregate visitor statistics. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of you.

If you prefer, you can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site and its forms will continue to work for the core functions.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Information is disclosed only as needed to provide the services you request, comply with the law, or protect the rights and safety of others.

When you become a client, your information is shared with the transaction professionals (lenders, inspectors, escrow, title companies and the brokerage) only as your transaction requires, and always with your knowledge.
