Stonebridge Overview
Stonebridge launched in 2018 on elevated terrain along Summerlin's far-western edge, just north of West Charleston Boulevard. It is a multi-builder village with modern architecture, open desert views and the Red Rock Canyon escarpment as its backdrop, with roughly 2,400 homes planned at buildout and the village still filling in.
Stonebridge also includes Heritage at Stonebridge, a guard-gated 55+ active-adult community, which makes the village one of the few Summerlin West addresses where traditional family homes and active-adult living share the same master plan.
