The community

Stonebridge Overview

Stonebridge launched in 2018 on elevated terrain along Summerlin's far-western edge, just north of West Charleston Boulevard. It is a multi-builder village with modern architecture, open desert views and the Red Rock Canyon escarpment as its backdrop, with roughly 2,400 homes planned at buildout and the village still filling in.

Stonebridge also includes Heritage at Stonebridge, a guard-gated 55+ active-adult community, which makes the village one of the few Summerlin West addresses where traditional family homes and active-adult living share the same master plan.

The village is a mix of new construction and recently built resale, which means buyers can weigh builder warranties and modern floor plans against established landscaping and resale history.

What It Sells For Right Now

As of mid-2026, Stonebridge is roughly 60 percent built out, so the market is a genuine mix of active new-home sales and resale from the earliest phases. Prices vary by neighborhood, builder and view, and the best advice is current data from both the builder sales offices and recent resales.
