I represent both buyers and sellers throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson. I work with everyone from first-time buyers and relocating families to downsizers, retirees, luxury buyers and sellers, investors, and homeowners who have owned their properties for many years and are trying to determine their next move.

My strongest areas of expertise include Summerlin, Sun City Summerlin and other 55+ active-adult communities, Henderson, Green Valley, Las Vegas master-planned communities, high-rise condominiums, golf-course and view properties, luxury homes, new construction, and resale properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

I have extensive knowledge of Summerlin, including Summerlin West, Summerlin South, The Vistas, The Paseos, The Cliffs, The Ridges and surrounding villages and neighborhoods. I am especially familiar with Sun City Summerlin and the Las Vegas Valley's 55+ communities because I understand that choosing an active-adult community is about much more than buying a house, it is about lifestyle, amenities, activities, location and finding the community that fits the person.

I believe my job is to educate people, tell them what the market evidence actually shows, and help them make an informed decision, even when the answer isn't necessarily what they hoped to hear. My appraisal background is particularly valuable when evaluating homes, selecting comparable sales, determining market value, developing pricing strategies and negotiating offers.

I also specialize in helping people relocating to Las Vegas understand the differences between communities rather than simply searching for houses. Las Vegas real estate is not one-size-fits-all. The right neighborhood, lifestyle and property can be just as important as price and square footage.
