Reservations at the big rooms fill early; the bar at Beauty & Essex and STK serves the menus to walk-ins. For the famous windows, breakfast at Eggslut and late-night at Secret Pizza are the civilized windows.
The Chandelier Bar, three floors of bar inside a giant chandelier, is the best pre-dinner drink spot in the building, and its strip-view position beats most restaurants' tables.
The value play
Wicked Spoon at lunch and the casual stalls around the casino floor keep the Cosmopolitan experience affordable for the days between splurges.
And the resort's position next to the Park promenade means Aria and Park MGM's dining are one short walk away.
