Sky Hills is a distinct, newer master-planned community of approximately 270 acres in the La Madre Foothills area of northwest Las Vegas, south of Farm Road and north of Tropical Parkway, adjacent to the Sheep Mountain Parkway,in the ZIP 89166 area. Sky Hills is planned for up to about 1,600 dwelling units and has been built out by multiple production builders, including Pulte, D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes and Beazer Homes, with neighborhoods such as Sage at Sky Hills and Sage Reserve.
The community offers newer construction with open-air foothills setting, close to the outdoor recreation of the far northwest and a fast route to the rest of the valley. For many buyers it is the appeal of new homes near the Skye Canyon corridor without being inside that master plan.
