The community

An Italian set piece on the east side

Tuscany Village took a former gravel-pit site north of the Galleria and built a fully Italian-flavored village: arched windows, stone accents, clay tones and a golf course running through it, all behind a staffed gate.

Golf

The course and the club

The community's 18-hole course opened as the Tuscany Golf Club and now operates as the Chimera Golf Club, an 18-hole layout that stays open to the public. Golf-course and view lots make up much of the village's premium product.

Homes

Villas, houses and towers

The village mixes single-family homes, villas and attached product around the fairways, in sizes from roughly 1,300 square feet up to 3,500 plus in the larger single-family plans. Build ran into the early 2010s, so the community carries both original and completed stock.

Living here

East side, resort spirit

Residents like the gated privacy, the golf and the Italian stage-set feel, with the Reno proximity of Lake Las Vegas and the Galleria keeping daily life easy. It is the most characterful gate on Henderson's northeast side.
