The family side of Anthem
Anthem Highlands sits above the rest of the master plan, built largely in the early 2000s into one of Anthem's lower-density, family neighborhoods, served by the Anthem Highlands Community Association.
The housing picture
Residences are mostly single-family, with both one and two-story plans and larger lots on the upper streets. Elevation adds the views, and the 2001 to 2003 build era means established trees and fully mature streets.
At the top of Anthem
The community climbs toward the higher ground below the Black Mountains, which buys ridge views and cooler evenings. The Madeira Canyon park sits close above, and the Anthem corridor's shops and the 215 stay a short drive below.
Schools for the Highlands
The area feeds the same Anthem chain through the Clark County district; confirm your address with the district for the exact assigned campus.
Anthem Highlands FAQ
Is Anthem Highlands 55+?
No. Anthem Highlands is the family, all-ages member community of Anthem, distinct from the 55+ communities such as Sun City Anthem and Solera.
When was it built?
Primarily from 2001 to 2003, with roughly 1,600 residences in published community guides.
Is it separate from Madeira Canyon?
Yes. Madeira Canyon is a higher, gated community above the Highlands with its own name, club and park; it is not one of the six Anthem member communities.
